Alton Lee Webb, known to his brothers as Lee within the fraternity, became a member of Kappa Sigma in 1994 and graduated in 1998. He has since carved out an impressive career as a prominent figure in commercial real estate, currently serving as Owner of Alton Webb Commercial Real Estate based in Shelbyville, KY.
Lee’s induction is a testament to his outstanding achievements both in business and community service. As Owner of Alton Webb Commercial Real Estate since 1998, Lee has overseen a wide array of commercial real estate activities. His expertise has benefited numerous local developers and banking institutions, as well as national clients such as McDonald’s USA and The Sherwin Williams Company. Recently celebrating its 25th anniversary, Alton Webb CRE continues to thrive under Lee’s leadership.
In addition to his business accomplishments, Lee is deeply involved in community service. He serves as the Church Planting Coordinator for Southland in Lexington, KY, where he catalyzes church planting initiatives across Kentucky. Previously, he founded and led Christ Community Church in Shelbyville, KY, demonstrating his commitment to community spiritual leadership.
Lee’s dedication extends to various roles in professional associations and community organizations, including his service on the PGA Kentucky Championship Advisory Board and as a lead mentor for the University of Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Workshop.
